Their commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability ensures that every project meets stringent standards.About the RoleAs a survey manager working on TfNSW regional road projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of surveying activities within the project. The role includes planning and coordinating survey operations, collecting and analysing survey data, and ensuring that accurate measurements and calculations are obtained. These activities will span across different phases of the project such as design, delivery, and completions.You will also be responsible for managing a team of surveyors, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support. A critical part of the role will be the ability to work closely with other project stakeholders, such as engineers and design consultants, to ensure that surveying requirements are met and that the project progresses smoothly.Responsibilities of the role includeVerification of survey control data sitewideManagement, storage, and archiving of project survey dataProduction of quality reports, drawings, and sketches to project specificationsResponsibility for TfNSW G71 / 73 complianceResponsibility for coordinating cadastral needs of the project (POSI, Boundary, etc.)Planning requirements for construction and possession worksManagement of 5+ field staffTo be successful in this key role, you must haveDemonstrated experience in engineering surveying and management of TfNSW road projects (G71 / 73)Hold a recognised qualification in surveying from a recognised institution (minimum diploma)Worked on similar projects in surveying management or a senior surveyor ready to step up into the management roleExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership credentials.What Our Client Offers:Competitive remuneration packageAccommodation and travel provided
