We are looking for a talented individual to join our surgical sales team to grow the Alcon Surgical IOL portfolio in your region.Responsibilities: Driving total IOL revenue and market share in the territory (Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie Region, this territory will have regional and Sydney travel).Accelerating PCIOL (Presbyopia Correcting IOLs) penetration.Facilitating the Accelerator program in selected accounts.Managing tender requirements working with internal teams.Working with Customer Operations on consignment, leveraging MyAlcon360.Developing new business with customers to achieve sales targets.Maintaining and optimizing existing relationships and managing business with existing key customers.Providing feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management.Maintaining and upholding an excellent company image.Competencies:Deep knowledge of all IOLs. Ability to detail the full portfolio of IOL products.
