We are dedicated to providing exceptional medical services to pets and their families, offering advanced treatments and compassionate care.We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Surgery Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing with a specific focus on surgical procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside leading veterinary specialists and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:Assisting veterinarians during surgical procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-operative careMaintaining surgical suites and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionalityProviding support in anesthesia administration and monitoringMonitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in conditionProviding compassionate care to patients and their families, offering education and support as neededCollaborating with other members of the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient careRequirements:Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary nursing role, with a focus on surgical proceduresStrong knowledge of surgical nursing techniques and protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate attitude towards animals and their caregiversWillingness to be on-call for emergency specialised surgical proceduresIf you are passionate about veterinary nursing and dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients, we want to hear from you!
