The role Unison has created a new role to oversee the operational success of our award-winning new supportive housing development. Make Room is the first of its kind development, recognised for pioneering and civic leadership in addressing Australia's homelessness crisis.
The Supportive Housing Program Manager leads the Make Room team to deliver supportive housing to our renters. This role oversees the day-to-day running of services proactively and responsively, and with a skillset reflective of managing the complex needs of people transitioning from homelessness into a home at Unison. Our ideal person will be passionate about creating trusting and collaborative relationships with renters and also support partners and services.
You'll also be a strong people leader who is calm, pragmatic and empathetic and you'll have the full support of an experienced senior manager, a Housing First expert and committed peer group.
