We are seeking an enthusiastic Supporter Relations Coordinator to join our dedicated, 'supporter-centric' team and provide quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role will be primarily focussed on overseeing the processing and data entry of donations received through our fundraising activities.
Responsibilities A day in the life of a Supporter Relations Coordinator might include:
Ensuring the accurate input and maintenance of supporter data in our systems, including data export and import.Processing online, mail and telephone donations, including banking and receipting.Taking responsibility for the regular administrative processes related to programs including direct mail, memorial giving, Jump Rope for Heart and regular giving.Enthusiastically responding to queries from our donors and the general public via phone and email and maintaining detailed and accurate records, as needed.Ensuring compliance with policy, procedures and relevant privacy legislation.Let's talk about you To be successful in this role you will have:
Interest and experience in data entry and processing, preferably in an environment with a high volume of donations or accounts receivable.An exceptional phone manner, with experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service.The ability to work effectively with a range of diverse stakeholders.Enthusiasm for working within a small, 'supporter-centric' team, but equally the ability to work independently to use initiative and solve problems.Experience in the use of a CRM (Raiser's Edge or similar) and Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.Why work with us?
