Engaging with us makes a real and impactful difference.We are currently seeking a full time, permanent Supported Employment Manager to lead our Supported Employment team, providing employment opportunities and skill development for people living with disability through successful delivery of commercial contracts.The Supported Employment Manager manages a team of dedicated professionals across three metropolitan sites: Balcatta, Belmont and Mandurah. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this is a key role within our business.Key responsibilities include:Leadership of the Supported Employment team to provide employment opportunities for current and future supported employees that match development goals and comply with NDIS governance.Successful delivery of commercial contracts through operational leadership.Collaboration with our Support Services division to identify opportunities for supported employees to transition into open employment.Identification of new commercial opportunities that align with development goals for supported employees.Assistance with commercial analysis of opportunities and drafting of tender documentation.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.Practical knowledge of NDIS and the relevant governance requirements.Experience working with people living with disability.Experience in managing commercial contracts.Strong collaborative and inspirational leadership and communication skills.This is a hands-on role, requiring a strong mix of NDIS knowledge and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be able to lead the current supported employment operations while also performing a key role as we transition our employment offerings to provide more contemporary opportunities to meet the needs of future supported employees.In return for your efforts Intelife offers you:Competitive remuneration package.Fully maintained vehicle.Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum.Up to an additional $2650 per annum tax-free for holidays, dining out, and entertainment.If this opportunity sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
