We are looking for an applicant who is compassionate and can act as a positive role model to our Young People. At work, you will utilise your everyday interactions to promote positive engagement and create a safe, structured, and accepting environment for our Young People. While previous experience working with Young People is preferred, we encourage individuals without prior experience who are passionate about making a difference in Young People's lives to apply.

About the RoleTarget Care Packages (TCP) Support Workers provide flexibility to personalise supports to the individual needs of children and their carers, assisting in alternate placements outside of residential care such as family reunification, kinship, home-based care, lead tenant, or independent living. They are responsible for supporting the Keyworker, which includes responding to the young person's emotional and functional needs, the development of their personal skills, all administrative requirements, and providing other practical assistance relating to the young person.
