We are currently seeking multipul and compassionate Support Workers in the disability and mentel health space to join our business dedicated to improving the sector and provide exceptional service in the disability sector working across Sydney.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care, assistance, and support to our clients, allowing them to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
The role will work across disability and mentel health.
Key Responsibilities: Providing direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.Assisting clients with community participation, social outings, and recreational activities.Implementing individualized support plans and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times.Building positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records as required.Essential Requirements: Experience in the disability or mental health sector or a related field is preferred but not essential.Car, NSW driver's license, and up-to-date full comprehensive insurance (essential)NDIS clearance, WWC, Police checks, or willingness to obtain them.
