You will provide ongoing support with activities of daily living and support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite, and Personal Care within clients' own homes and out in the community.
Key Responsibilities Provide client-centred approach care Promote clients' choice and decision making Respond to and report on client deterioration and wellbeing Enhance clients' journey with Calvary Home Care by providing high-quality care Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts and days to meet clients' care needs About you A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable) Current and valid Driver's Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicle, and smart mobile phone Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation Ability to work independently and effectively manage time Proficiency in the use of technology such as smartphones, email, and the internet A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation For further information , please contact Julie Grantham, Service Manager - Home Care on 08 8641 1266.
