We are currently looking for caring Support Workers to join our team in Casual or Permanent Part-time opportunities across the Shoalhaven and Nowra Region. As a Support Worker, you'll be at the forefront of enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalized care and support tailored to their individual needs, goals and aspirations. Your dedication and passion will be instrumental in shaping a more welcoming and inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality support services to participants with disabilities.Assisting participants in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.Promoting community integration and supporting participants in accessing social and recreational activities.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.Encouraging independence and empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.Benefits of working with Aruma!
