We are currently opening expressions of interest for support workers to join our dedicated SIL team in the Tewantin region to provide person-centered care to a new participant. Supports will commence mid-January 2025. Our participant has requested male support staff.
About the OpportunityAs Real Community Services continues to grow, so do the opportunities to work with us! We are currently looking for an outstanding team of Support Workers who are experienced, dedicated, and passionate about providing the highest quality care. In this rewarding role, you will be providing a supportive environment for a participant with complex psychosocial disability to live independently, work towards goals, and have a more valued role within their community.
Shifts available include day, night, weekends, and active overnights. We are creating a team that is able to provide excellent continuity of care to our participant, so reliability is essential within a consistent roster.
