Cura is expanding and is on the search for a Team Leader for our Support Worker Team to add to our growing and vibrant team.
The Position: The Support Worker Team Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of safe and high-quality care and services to Cura In-Home Care clients via the support worker team. This position will provide guidance, mentoring, and assistance to Support Workers in their role.
Responsibilities: Be the go-to for a large support worker team and help manage enquiries around scheduling, policy, and procedure.Supervise, support, and assist the support worker team when required, including on-the-job assessment and training.Show respect and empathy to the support worker team to enable them to do their job to the best of their ability.Schedule, prepare, and facilitate regular staff meetings.Ensure staff documents are current, up to date, and accurately maintained with Cura's database.Monitor quality documentation and reporting processes submitted by support staff including Incident Reporting and investigation.Contribute information to support worker team around clients' assessment and support plans.Be the conduit between Support Coordinator, Scheduling, and Support Workers ensuring appropriate allocation and utilisation of the team.Your application will include the following questions:
