We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our caring and dynamic team and provide high quality in-home support services to our valued customers.

Duties and responsibilities include: Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistanceSocial support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointmentsDomestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipmentSupporting customers with complex and/or challenging needsMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressProvide updates on customer progress following each serviceAbout you: Caring, compassionate & friendlyGood interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skillsReliable & dependableAbility to build rapport & good working relationshipsComfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedbackWhat you will need: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record CheckProof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificateCurrent First Aid certificate/CPRCurrent Australian Drivers LicenceReliable, registered, and insured vehicleSmart phone with internet accessCurrent Working with Children Check (preferred)Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)Next steps: If you would like to join our growing team and become part of our friendly, professional network please apply today by clicking on "Apply".
