Duties and responsibilities include: Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistanceSocial support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointmentsDomestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipmentSupporting customers with complex and/or challenging needsMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressProvide updates on customer progress following each serviceAbout you: Caring, compassionate & friendlyGood interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skillsReliable & dependableAbility to build rapport & good working relationshipsComfortable using technology (i.e.
mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedbackWhat you will need: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record CheckProof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e.
