Support Worker - Night Awake

About The Role Activ's transition home in Withers provides short-term support for those living with disability and requiring psychosocial support as they transition from a hospital stay to their future permanent home. The transition home is an incredibly rewarding place to be a part of, and vacancies for new staff rarely become available.
We currently have two permanent night awake shifts available. Night awake shifts require you to stay awake in the home overnight, working alongside another support worker. Shifts run from 8pm-6am with 7 shifts a fortnight, including one weekend.
As a high-intensity care home, this location offers a base hourly pay rate of $, with 15% loading for weekdays ($) and weekend loading on the base rate. It is essential that candidates hold a minimum Cert 3 Individual Support (CHC/) qualification.
