Position Overview: We're looking for passionate, caring, and energetic individuals to join our team supporting a variety of clients with high physical support and/or complex disabilities.
Whether you're an early riser, a night owl, or somewhere in between, we've got shifts to suit your availability.
In this role, you'll be more than just a support worker—you'll be a crucial part of a team that's all about making a difference, every single day.
You'll help our clients navigate daily life, achieve personal goals, and engage with their community, all while building meaningful relationships.
What You'll Be Doing: Empowerment in Action: Help our clients build independent living skills, form connections, and take part in activities that matter to them.Team Spirit: Work alongside a fantastic group of like-minded professionals, leading by example and supporting each other to deliver top-notch care.Everyday Heroes: Assist with daily living activities, from personal care to meal prep, while ensuring our clients feel safe, respected, and included.Making a Difference: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that enhances the client's quality of life.About You: To be successful in this role, you will need: Qualifications: Certificate III in Community Services (or a higher related discipline).
