We are seeking confident and passionate female Disability Support Workers to join our In Home Support & Accommodation team in mount Gambier In this role, you will work in a variety of areas from In Home Support, SIL/Accommodation and occasionally offering support in the community.
We are looking for candidates to work in female services who have a relaxed and understanding approach to their role with excellent communication skills.
This role will require availability to work passive overnight shifts with the flexibility to work early mornings and short shifts.

You'll have: The willingness to learn new skills on the job and through training, Certificate III Individual support (Disability) or an equivalent qualification - students welcomed.
Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining Senior First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check Current Australian drivers license The principle duties of this role include but are not limited to: Providing a Person Centred Active Support Model which promotes individuals living with a disability being engaged in their own lives.
