Support Worker | Mount Gambier

We are seeking confident and passionate female Disability Support Workers to join our In Home Support & Accommodation team Mount Gambier & Millicent! In this role, you will work in a variety of areas from In Home Support, SIL/Accommodation, group settings and occasionally offering support in the community. We are looking for candidates who have a relaxed and understanding approach to their role with excellent communication skills. This role will require availability to work passive or active overnight shifts with the flexibility to work early mornings and short shifts.  We provide the support you need to help develop your career including paid on the job training, annual refreshers, and paid induction training when you first start.  Community Living Australia has charitable status for Fringe Benefits Tax purposes and is therefore able to offer attractive taxation benefits through salary sacrifice.
