Support Worker – Intensive Family Support (IFS) ServiceIMPACT Community Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Intensive Family Support (IFS) Service, Hervey Bay & Fraser Coast QLD. This role focuses on assisting vulnerable and at-risk families to build their capacity to care for and nurture their children safely. Working collaboratively with IFS Case Managers, you will provide hands-on support through home visits, practical assistance, and transportation for clients. By strengthening family protective factors, you will help create safer environments where children and young people can thrive at home. This role requires adherence to the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, and a commitment to safeguarding the wellbeing of children and young people.
