We are currently seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to join our diverse team in the Wollongong Area.
The role: As a Support Worker, you will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or aged care needs.
You will play a vital role in promoting their independence, assisting with daily activities and supporting the choices they make.
By combining traditional care with Montessori principles and methods, you will deliver support that truly respects each person's unique abilities, needs and preferences.
