Cedar Court is an extra care sheltered housing scheme, comprising of 40 one-and two-bedroom flats. It is situated just off the Basingstoke Road and a 5-minute drive from the Oracle Shopping Centre. Cedar Court offers the benefits of an on-site restaurant, therapy room, hair salon, and an assisted bathroom for tenants who wish to use these services. There is also a large communal lounge where tenants can take part in activities if they choose. The gardens offer ample space, including a rooftop terrace and a ground floor patio area which are wheelchair accessible.
What will I be doing as a Support Worker? As a Support Worker, you will be working with residents to live independently within the service and local community by:
Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, etc. Supporting with medication administration. Supporting with meal preparation. Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., shopping, activities, trips. Supporting with day-to-day household duties. Supporting with any other day routines our clients have.
