Support Worker

We Kare Disability Services is seeking to employ bright, enthusiastic, qualified support workers for clients in Launceston TAS.
Ideally, we require support workers who are experienced in supporting complex participants, specifically those with severe autism and language disorders.
The Ideal Candidates Should Have: Experience working with participants with complex needs Ability to drive a manual car Understanding of behaviours of concern Strong listening and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including participants' representatives and other professionals The positions will be casual with long hours as the client will require 24-hour care.
We require candidates for a variety of roles with varied competencies ongoing.
