The Co-Group is looking for Dari speaking Support Workers to join our team and work in Auburn, NSW.
As a Support Worker, you will be required to support participants with daily living activities, including (but not limited to): domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, community access, assisting with medication, and companionship. Candidates must be able to work an on-call roster including short shifts (two hours).
Minimum Requirements: Valid Driver's Licence & access to a carNDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employmentWorking with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employmentCurrent First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience with Disability and/or Aged Care supportWhat you'll do: Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and personal careEmpower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possibleBe a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their familiesMaintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.Follow company policies and proceduresWhy join us?
