We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Aged Care Support Workers to join our team based in Singleton. As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our clients to help them remain in their homes. The Position: Providing personal care and support to elderly clients, including assistance with intimate personal care Supporting clients with daily activities and tasks such as cleaning, shopping and, transportation to appointments. Permanent Part Time opportunity available Monday to Friday  | Flexibility is essential | minimum guarantee of hours per fortnight contract Covering Singleton surrounding areas (up to one hour travel) Base hourly rate of $29.85 plus 11% superannuation and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging (up to $15,900 tax benefits) Travel allowance of $0.96 per km and paid travel between services Daily mobile allowance paid when using your own device for work related purposes Required skills, experience, and credentials: Understanding of and passion for working with elderly Minimum of Cert III Individual Support (or equivalent) is essential Medication assist module is desirable Current drivers licence A registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle A current First Aid & CPR certificate or willingness to obtain A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain Be able to confidently use different forms of technology including smart phone or tablet We offer competitive pay rates, ongoing training, and development opportunities as well as a supportive, inclusive work environment.
