This is an overnight sleep roster of 18 hours per fortnight.

Proposed Roster - Support Worker - Female - 18 hours.pdf Key duties include: Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence; Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals; Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you'll need?
Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans; Experience working with challenging behaviours - essential; Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration; Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience; Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity; Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is desirable; Willingness to use your own private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate).
