We are currently recruiting for a new Support Worker to join our team based in Scottsdale to provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep), social support, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients.

About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of older clients in the Scottsdale community and surrounding areas Permanent part-time opportunity (offered hours will be dependent on your availability) Enjoy a diverse range of visits to client's homes, covering all areas throughout Scottsdale including Ringarooma, Jetsonville and surrounding areas Preferred availability from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm Benefit from a base hourly rate of $30.94 ( plus superannuation, Km's reimbursement, NFP salary packaging) Maximize your take-home pay through our not-for-profit salary packaging.

Who are you?
Your main focus will be delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
To excel in this role, you will need the following: Genuine passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
Qualified in Certifications III or IV or Diploma in Aged Care, Health Services, Disability or Nursing A valid driver's licence.
A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
