integratedliving has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to assist our clients in Wyong and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, available from Monday to Friday with flexibility around service times between 8am and 5pm depending on our client's needs.You must be able to work Fridays!Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients so they can continue enjoying a high quality of life whilst remaining home and independent for as long as possible.
Role Responsibilities: Provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep)Foster an inclusive environment of social support that ensures our clients are engaged and happyImplement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clientsAssistance in the community with recreational activities including but not limited to grocery shopping or medical appointmentsTransporting clients as requiredReport changes in health and well-being as ongoingAbout You We are seeking a genuinely passionate support worker who enjoys interacting and working with the elderly.
