About The Role
Integratedliving is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to assist our clients in Dubbo and the surrounding areas.

Position: Permanent part-time opportunity available Monday to Friday, with flexible service times between 8 AM and 5 PM to fit our clients' needs.
Your Mission: Provide person-centered care that helps our clients maintain a high quality of life while staying independent and at home for as long as possible.
Role Responsibilities
Domestic Assistance: Help with cleaning and meal prep.
Social Support: Create an inclusive environment to keep clients engaged and happy.
Health & Wellbeing: Implement initiatives that support our clients' overall wellness.
Community Assistance: Join clients for recreational activities like grocery shopping and medical appointments.
Transport: Provide transportation for clients as needed.
Health Monitoring: Report any changes in clients' health and well-being.
About You
We're looking for a genuinely passionate support worker who loves interacting with the elderly.
You're values-driven and eager to make a positive difference in their lives!
Required Skills, Experience, And Credentials
Current driver's license.
Reliable, insured vehicle.
First Aid and CPR Certification (or a willingness to learn).
Current National Police Check (or the motivation to get one).
Tech-savvy with smartphones and tablets.
Clear, friendly communicator ready to connect with diverse clients.
A big heart full of empathy, compassion, and respect for all.
Benefits For You
Awesome hourly rate: $31.64 + 11.5% super + NFP salary packaging (up to $15,900).
Travel allowance of $0.99 per km and paid travel time between services.
