In this dynamic role, you'll help create a safe and welcoming space that empowers our clients, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centered services fostering a respectful and supportive environment every step of the way.
Responsibilities * Be a compassionate first point of contact for clients at Pete's Place, assisting with their daily needs and ensuring a warm, safe, and inclusive environment.
* Facilitate the entry and assessment process for new clients and support the daily operations of the site.
* Collaborate with case managers to deliver tailored support plans that respect and respond to each client's unique needs.
* Maintain organised client records and ensure adherence to high standards of quality and trauma-informed care practices.
* Engage clients in activities, guide them through services, and advocate for their needs with external agencies.
