Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, delivering high-quality services to participants, including children and young people within the NDIS and Child Protection systems.
In this role, you will provide personalised care, promote independence, and ensure the safety and well-being of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver person-centred support services in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring compliance with NDIS and Child Safety standards. Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders. Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people by adhering to child protection protocols. Document and report on participant progress, activities, and outcomes, ensuring accurate records in compliance with NDIS requirements. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, including Workplace Health and Safety, NDIS guidelines, and Child Safety regulations. Identify opportunities for improving service delivery and enhancing effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service provider field, preferably within the NDIS and Child Safety sectors. Bachelor of Social Work or Human Services, Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, or a related field(preferred but not essential). Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery and child protection standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of disability support services, relevant regulations, and child safety protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr
