The Support Worker Role The focus of this position is supporting our Disability, Mental Health, and Aged Care participants in their daily activities within their home and community environment.
This includes but is not limited to:
Transporting participants to appointments, grocery shopping, and social outingsRecording participant activities and lodging incident reports through our CRM SystemDomestic duties including food preparation, verbal prompting, and community access and participationSome personal care may be required for participants, including showering and dressingOwn vehicle and current driver's licence (Kilometre allowance paid)Ability to work shift work, some weekends, and public holidaysMust have a Blue Card & a NDIS Workers Card or be willing to obtain these prior to employmentFirst Aid CertificateKoaHanii offers a comprehensive online induction and onboarding with a meet and greet on your first day, along with on-the-job coaching by our Operations Team.
