This is a roster of 47 hours per fortnight. Please review the roster to ensure you can work every shift before applying.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals;Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed;Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.What you'll need: Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties;Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate).Submitting your application is easy.
