We are currently accepting applications for Support Workers in Geraldton. Casual rosters will be confirmed 2 weeks in advance. Shift times may range between 6am - 10pm, including weekends and overnight sleep shifts. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate availability during school hours only. Flexible availability is required.

A typical day in the role may look like:
Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and working to achieve themJoining customers in recreational activities such as swimming, dancing, bingo, horseback riding, going to the gym, bowling and moreSupporting customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting, medication administration and attending appointmentsEnsuring positive behaviour support plans are followedAdministration duties and mandatory daily reportsThe ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about providing service and assistance in the communityHave a willingness to support customers of any gender by assisting with personal care (showering, toileting) and domestic duties (meal preparation, housekeeping)Have a full driver's licence and be willing to use their roadworthy, comprehensively insured vehicle, if required, to transport our customers to activities or appointmentsHave good verbal and written communication skillsSubmitting your application is easy.
