We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with men and supporting them in their role as fathers.
The primary purpose of this role is to assist men and families under an early intervention and prevention framework through tailored individual support and family interventions, parenting education, anger management, relationship education, supported referrals, activities for fathers and their children, access to resources and information, support networks and family-focused community events.
This role covers the following areas: Forbes, Parkes, Narromine and Lachlan Shires.
This position is full-time, based at either our Forbes or Parkes office and offers a maximum term contract until 26 June 2026. If further funding is made available, an additional contract may be offered to the incumbent.
