What You'll Do: Assist clients to live their lives as independently as possible Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required Record client progress notes in mobile app What We're Looking For: Passionate individuals who embody our values: inclusive, collaborative, caring, courageous. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community Availability for regular shifts for an ongoing roster A car and drivers license is essential for this role.
