As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals.

To ensure we can effectively meet the support requirements of our Participants, this role will require you to provide in home and community access support across a 24/7 rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilitiesAssisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill developmentPromoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activitiesCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plansEncouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goalsAdvocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilitiesBenefits of working with Aruma!
