Your Main Duties Will IncludeEnsuring the catering service is adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.Completing all appropriate food safety record forms as per legislation requirements.Ensuring that all duties are worked in accordance with the Food Safety Program at all times.Ensuring uniforms, appropriate protective clothing and footwear are worn whilst in the workplace.Follow strategies in the Food Safety Plan to prevent cross-contamination from occurring.Prepare daily meals including beverages for residents that meet the special dietary requirements as instructed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
