Support Worker - CateringCalvary - The Brelsford (Coffs Harbour) Immediate Start!Make a difference at one of Australia's leading health care providersAbout the role Supports the Chef / Chef Manager and peers in delivering a high quality catering service within the home.
Your main duties will include:
Ensuring the catering service is adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirement Completing all appropriate food safety record forms as per legislation requirements.Ensuring that all duties are worked in accordance with the Food Safety Program at all timesEnsuring uniforms, appropriate protective clothing and footwear is worn whilst in the workplace.Follow strategies in the Food Safety Plan to prevent cross contamination from occurring.Prepare daily meals including beverages for residents that meet the special dietary requirements as instructed by the Chef Manager or Chef/Cook.About you
Follow Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate (Health Care Competencies)Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role in residential care, health care or hospitality sectors.Knowledge and experience in safe food handlingA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisationJoin our team, learn with purpose and drive positive impact in one of Australia's largest healthcare providers across Public and Private Hospitals, Residential Aged Care and Home Care.
