Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the catering service is adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirementsCompleting all appropriate food safety record forms as per legislation requirementsEnsuring that all duties are worked in accordance with the Food Safety Program at all timesEnsuring uniforms, appropriate protective clothing and footwear is worn whilst in the workplaceFollow strategies in the Food Safety Plan to prevent cross contamination from occurringPrepare daily meals including beverages for residents that meet the special dietary requirements as instructed by the Chef Manager or Chef/CookWhat you bring: Follow Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate (Health Care Competencies)Experience in a similar role in residential care, health care or hospitality sectorsKnowledge and experience in safe food handlingA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisationYour benefits: NFP salary packaging benefits, discounted health insurance and gym membershipsPaid parental leaveTraining, development pathways and career opportunities availableFlexible hours that make sense for youFor further information please contactMatt Rauber, Chef Manager on /
