Support Worker/Ain

Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) Group Homes Australia offers care to people with dementia and high care needs in a beautiful home environment.
We have homes across Sydney's North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, each one with a dedicated team of care staff catering to a small group of 6 - 10 residents.
Our staff are called Homemakers and are experienced carers who are able to cook, clean, and deliver care.
There are no rigid routines - we deliver person-centered care.
We are currently seeking full-time Homemakers for our Sydney Homes.
If you are an experienced and confident carer who genuinely loves working with the elderly and looking for a role that will give you meaning and purpose, then we want to hear from you.
You will need an outgoing personality and be someone who enjoys working as part of a committed team that delivers a high standard of care.
As this is a multi-functional role, you will also be comfortable with cooking, general housework, and, most importantly, engaging with our residents in life activities.

Cert III or IV in Aged-Care preferred but not essential.
