Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic careA passion for respectfully empowering and caring for peopleExcellent written and verbal skillsAble to work autonomously and as part of a teamHigh level of time management and organisational abilityQualificationsCertificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Care or studying towardsSatisfactory Australian National Police checkCurrent or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificateDriver's licence and your own carExcellent communication skills including verbal and writtenAbility to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutionsUnderstanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality is essential.
