The Opportunity:
Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Support Worker located in the Woodcroft area to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance which may include meal preparationTo be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/DisabilityAt least one year experience as a Disability Support WorkerNDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtainClear English verbal and written skills required.What we Offer:
