We are seeking two Disability Support Workers to join our houses in Moorabbin and Beaumaris.
You will be responsible for supporting customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different, but your work will be centered around the following:
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the residenceProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance which may include meal preparationWork according to clients' Behavioural Support PlansTo be successful in this role you will have:
Experience as a Disability Support WorkerNDIS Clearance - You must already hold a valid NDIS Clearance to be considered for this positionFirst Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtainManual handling experienceWhat shifts are we offering:
Moorabbin site: Monday 7am-2pm, Tuesday 7am-2pmBeaumaris site: Monday 7am-3pm, Tuesday 7am-3pmAdditional shifts available in casual pool.
