We are seeking a Support Worker - Residential located in Caboolture to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance which may include meal preparationWe're looking for people-focused individuals who will be able to brighten our client's days and make a positive impact on their lives!
