The Opportunity: Come and join our team as we are expanding! We are seeking Accommodation (SIL) and Community Disability Support Workers located in Traralgon & Morwell . You will be responsible for supporting customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home Providing support with hygiene and personal care Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication Meal assistance which may include meal preparation To be successful in this role you will have: At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker NDIS Clearance - You must already hold a valid NDIS Clearance to be considered for this position First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain What shifts are we offering? 6.30am - 9.30am (accommodation) 11pm - 6:30am Saturday night active (accommodation) 10 to 1pm every second Friday (community) 9am to 3pm Mondays and Thursdays (community) Opportunity for additional shifts across houses in Traralgon and Morwell What we Offer: Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, work/life balance needs and availability Paid travel between client shifts (minimum distance applies) Employee referral bonus to the value of $300 Retail perks and discounts through Flare benefits Paid induction training when you start Paid annual training for mandatory modules On-the-job advice and mentoring from a field support leader Career pathways Shine Awards Employee of the month We are a values-led organisation, we bring energy , act with integrity , nurture and care and we listen and connect .
