See more at our website -?www.atsichsbrisbane.org.au About the role The Administration Officer, Support Services, shall support the operational efficiency of ATSICHS Brisbane's Support Services programs, ensuring culturally safe and effective administration, intake, triage and coordination of services.
Duties Facilitate intake processes for NDIS and Community Supports Disability/Aged Care programs.
Provide accurate information and referrals for potential participants.
Coordinate client risk assessments and support plan development.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Complete all required administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
Update participant records in relevant systems.
Assist with compliance documentation.
Support the preparation of reports.
Serve as the point of contact for participants, families, and stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries and provide information.
Ensure ongoing communication with internal teams.
Escalate complex issues to management.
Ensure all records comply with NDIS / CHSP Practice Standards and ATSICHS Brisbane policies.
Assist with conducting regular audits of Support the completion of risk assessments.
Assist with the maintenance of accurate participant records.
Collect and analyse data related to intakes and referrals.
Assist with the preparation of monthly reports on service delivery metrics.
Track service availability and waitlists.
Identify opportunities to enhance intake processes and administrative efficiency.
Participate in training and development activities.
Contribute to policy updates and procedural improvements.
Provide feedback on service enhancements.

Required Proven experience and knowledge in client intake and customer service roles.
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals.
Lived experience within the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander community.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications.
Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
National Police Certificate, (or ability to obtain).
Evidence of Work Rights.
Current drivers' license.
Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Yellow Card or eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening.
