What you'll be doing in this role Supporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling our clients to live independently in their homes. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. We are looking for people with Aged Care community experience.
This role can be based out of ourPort Macquarie or TamworthOffices. Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiriesScheduling of clients and Support WorkersManaging and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholdersCommunicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders Who we're looking for Experience using Alayacare (not essential) or other rostering / scheduling systems.Exceptional team playerAged Care experience is preferredAbility to work in a fast paced environmentStrong problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to create, manage and maintain strong relationships Benefits & culture
