Support Scheduler North Coast New England

What you'll be doing in this role Supporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling our clients to live independently in their homes. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. We are looking for people with Aged Care community experience.  This role can be based out of our Port Macquarie or Tamworth Offices. Key responsibilities include:  Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiries Scheduling of clients and Support Workers Managing and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders Communicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders Read more + Who we're looking for Experience using Alayacare (not essential) or other rostering / scheduling systems.
