**Job Description:**

Hartford Financial Services Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time remote position is ideal for those who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support and are looking to make a difference in the financial services industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support Operations:** Provide high-quality support to our customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and efficient resolution to their inquiries.

- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure that issues are thoroughly addressed and documented.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Hartford Financial products and services. Regularly update and enhance knowledge to assist customers effectively.

- **Documentation:** Accurately document all interactions with customers in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring an exceptional record of customer communications and support activities.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments (such as sales and technical support) to facilitate the resolution of complex issues and continuously improve overall customer experience.

- **Feedback & Improvement:** Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management to help improve products, services, and processes.

- **Training & Mentoring:** Assist in training new support representatives, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

- **Community Engagement:** Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community, reinforcing Hartford's commitment to making a difference.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer service or support role, preferably within the financial services sector.

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Reliable:** Consistent and dependable in performing job duties and meeting customer needs.
- **Dedicated:** Committed to going above and beyond in providing excellent service to customers.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Persuasion:** Ability to influence customers regarding products and services, and to effectively communicate solutions to issues.
