Details: Dickson College is a senior secondary college for year 11 and 12 students and home to the Secondary Introductory English Centre for students in year 7-12. The school is situated in the inner north of Canberra and has approximately 850 students.

Schools are fast paced ever changing environments; therefore, the selected applicant will also require the ability to prioritise and monitor workflows and practices in line with Directorate policy and procedures. The applicant will have exceptional communication and liaison skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of clients.
The Support Programs manager at a school is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the support programs office at the college. This role involves managing and coordinating the learning support staff schedules across the college and the SIEC, ensuring student support is covered. The support programs manager ensures compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe and effective learning environment under the direction of the Business Manager.
